The Communications Connections* program is being coordinated by APAL (more at Information and Stories). Our 501(c)3 California-based organization was founded in 1976. Over the years, APAL has pioneered development programs for communication competencies. Integrated technologies -- encompassing Internet telephony and websites – are enabling new connections with international learners and volunteers.

Communications Connections* support interested learners using substantiated methods for effective language, cultural and communication knowledge and skills. Volunteers provide a range of support, including education, management, media, science, technology and promotion.
